Our yoga sessions are led by an expert instructor who will guide, teach and facilitate the core principles of yoga to your participants.
During this 60-minute experience, your teams will experience Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Chair Yoga which is suitable for all levels. Participants need no prior knowledge to enjoy this relaxing session.

How it works
1. We set up your virtual meeting via Zoom, or a platform of your choice
2. Our instructors will walk your team through a yoga routine and attendees get to enjoy a wonderful zen experience
To reserve your session: Select the preferred date on the event calendar and follow the prompts to choose a time and complete your booking. We encourage you to book at least two weeks before your event to secure your spot.

Shauna Bello is a yoga instructor specializing in Yin and Vinyasa yoga based in New Jersey. She stepped into her yoga journey in 2014 and has not looked back since. She finds yoga to be an accessible means of finding peace within her body, mind, and life.
Shuanaβs classes will take you on a journey to discover your inner strength and power while relaxing your body through breathwork and movement.
When she is not teaching yoga, you can find Shauna on a traveling adventure with her husband, and her three children, Jailah, Giles, and Sage.
