Field days are one of those summer events employees look forward. Corporate field days are an opportunity to relax and have fun, get out of the office, and work together! We at KraftyLab believe field days are too valuable to miss out on – they are the perfect opportunity to come together, get the whole family involved, and unwind from our busy schedules.

We are committed to ensuring this event will not be stressful and chaotic for you. Following a consultation and booking, we can build a custom agenda to meet your needs and those of your colleagues. Are you looking for a jam-packed day of family fun, a casual afternoon, or relaxing activities? We can do it all.

Regardless of the activities, we will organize all-inclusive kits to be delivered right to your doorstep to ensure all the bits and pieces needed for your activities are in your possession. We can customize our very own existing activities – and seek out other instructors, vendors, and companies to fulfill your needs. Do you want an MC or a DJ? A game coordinator or host? We can arrange for it all. How about a live show, a stand-up comedian or illusionist/magician? These can be arranged to be family-friendly. For a more grown-up activity, how about a mixology class where you get to make your own cocktails and mocktails, or even a virtual wine tasting.

Think of a traditional field day and decide what elements you want to recreate. Maybe it is a company picnic, but instead, we can host a cooking class, a virtual picnic, or a recipe-sharing event. Maybe send a picnic basket to your employees, choose all the goodies, and try to cater to everyone’s needs. To replace the creative aspect, we have an array of arts and crafts activities, including terrarium-making, soap-making, and candle-making. Instead of ribbons and medals, how about rewarding with some prizes for the winners of your activities? This can look like a more comprehensive care package/gift package to replace the traditional company t-shirt, or even gift cards or vouchers for those who win your challenges.
