In this class, your team will be reminded of the importance of fueling their bodies with whole and hearty foods and be inspired to get in the kitchen and make delicious meals. For many of our teams, remote work is the way forward; what better way to support your teams on their journey than by offering practical tips and solutions to suit their lifestyle? We can do this through quick, healthy, and easy meal ideas to keep them fueled and energized as the day goes by.
Our wellness online team building sessions allow coworkers around the world to come together, unwind, relax, and build memories that can instil a sense of community and friendship for years to come.

This Healthy Eating class aims to give your teams the tools they need to make good food choices that will help them feel strong and satiated, works for their lifestyle and tastes great.
Healthy is subjective; our goal isnβt to shame or impose a diet on your team. As Truce Nutrition says, βletβs stop the food fight.β Food should be enjoyable and not stressful, and a well-balanced diet is not restrictive; it is abundant in hearty whole food that fuels our bodies.

A professional nutritionist leads our Healthy Eating class and is accompanied by a slideshow to support the content. This class will cover: how to build a balanced plate, meal and snack ideas, and three recipes.
Our core class consists of easy, quick, and delicious meals/snacks: a chickpea βtunaβ salad sandwich, a zoodle bowl with alternate protein, and air fryer apple chips. All recipes are vegetarian and vegan-friendly to ensure everyone can participate.

Our Healthy Eating and Mental Health Workshop helps explore the connection between nutrition and well-being, and how sleep, stress, exercise, hydration, and our lifestyle play together.
Using this framework, our nutritionist will lead an interactive webinar to help your teams do some self-reflection, and gain ideas to support their overall well-being including meal and snack ideas, as well as practical tips and tricks to manage a busy lifestyle and healthy diet.

how does it work?
1. An invoice will be issued upon booking, and payment is due two weeks before your event. Then, you will receive a Zoom link (or platform of your choice) for your guests to join on the day of the event!
2. During the class, your host will provide nutritional guidance, an overview of building healthy meals and snacks, share snack/meal ideas, tips for meal prep/optimal storage and mindfulness check ins
