Terms and conditions

1. Payment. The client agrees to make a payment of 100% of the total balance upon execution of this agreement.

2.  Cancellation. The retainer for the event is a non-refundable payment. In the event of a client requested cancellation, the retainer can not be refunded however it can be applied towards a different date and time. Upon transfer of an event within 2 weeks of the event date, we will charge $175/instructor. In the event of a government stated emergency, weather-related emergency, or in an event that is caused by a natural disaster, we will allow for the transfer of the date and time and will not charge additional fees.

3.  Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

4.  Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

5.  Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.

6. Liability. The client understands that in administering the event activity services, the KraftyLab LLC staff is operating under policies that maintain safety and precautions for the prevention of any and all injuries. KraftyLab LLC is not held liable for injuries and all participants assume all risk in event-related activities.

7. Shipping. Once all addresses have been confirmed from the point of contact they will be imported in our system. In the event that an address was not correct or participant was not available to receive shipment after attempted delivery, we will charge a replacement fee+shipping OR a $55 rerouting fee if there is enough time to re-route.
