Grace
Virtual Arts and Crafts Workshops
Hey y’all; I’m Grace! I am so excited to facilitate a fun and social virtual experience for your group. I'll engage crafting skeptics, beginners, and advanced crafters alike, explaining techniques in an approachable way while encouraging creativity and experimentation. Participants will get to know each another better and ultimately make something unique and giftable, functional, decorative, or edible - depending on your experience of choice!
I am an avid coffee drinker, baker, plant mom, and crafter. My creative pursuits often feature paper, plants, food, and music. I enjoy working with new materials and often draw inspiration from nature and my travels. I'll be joining you from Durham, North Carolina, where I live with my sweet and spunky dog (who may even make an appearance!).
Tiffany
Virtual Arts and Crafts Workshops
My name is Tiffany, but you can call me Tiff. I work as a physician assistant in Philadelphia, and while I am passionate about by work, I fully appreciate the value of prioritizing a work-life balance. On my days off, you can find me rock climbing, painting, trying new recipes, and attempting various DIY projects I find on Pinterest or YouTube. Similar to how I strive to break down diagnoses and treatment plans for my patients in ways they can understand, I am looking forward to guiding you through projects to help show you that taking the time to get creative is achievable, worthwhile, and enjoyable, no matter what your background is! Let’s get Krafty together!
Stephanie
Virtual Arts and Crafts Workshops
Teaching is my lifeblood. From eager and fidgety third graders to curious and overtired college students, I am always looking for ways to educate, engage, and excite my students. But first and foremost, no matter what the lesson plan is for the day, I lead a smile and a laugh. I hope to pass that energy to you as you join me for an hour of Zen and fun!
For me, crafting is about connecting with the people I care about. Over the years, my loved ones have been incredibly supportive and patient as I have used them as test subjects and extra hands for new baking confections, sewing projects, woodworking, or whatever new DIY project caught my interest that week. That is why I whole-heartedly believe that with the right amount of encouragement from your team (and a little guidance from me!), anyone can have fun getting (k)rafty and create something truly special. Creativity thrives in good company.
When I’m not teaching or (k)rafting, you can find me running or reading (and thanks to audiobooks, sometimes both at the same time)!
Katie
Virtual Arts and Crafts Workshops
Hey there, I'm Katie! I have a passion for knowing about how things work, and how they are made. You can consistently find me experimenting with recipes for natural laundry detergent, relaxing balms, soothing aromatherapy capsules, and more! When I am not busy crafting, I am tending to my garden with my trusty dog by my side.
I hope that you will share in my love for creating useful, awe-inspiring masterpieces. I am looking forward to spreading this feeling of empowerment through our crafting workshops!
Elisa Zonta
Virtual Terrarium Making Instructor
Hello, my name is Elisa! My passion for gardening began in Italy, where I trained alongside my grandmother. After meeting my husband, I moved to the States, and I am enjoying every moment of it! I am blessed to work as the lead gardener in a greenhouse here in New Jersey, where we nurture cultivars that thrive in the local climate. At home, I have also built a garden to supply our family with vegetables year-round. Aside from spending time in the gardens, I enjoy camping, traveling, and sports.
I am looking forward to sharing my passion with you. I hope that you, too, will be able to find lasting tranquility with the assistance of your new plants!
Shauna Bello
Virtual Yoga Instructor
Hi, I'm Shauna Bello, a yoga instructor who specializes in yin and vinyasa yoga based in New Jersey. I stepped into my yoga journey in 2014 and haven't looked back since! I've found yoga to be an accessible means of finding peace within my body, my mind, and my life. My classes will take you on your own personal journey to discover your inner strength and power all while relaxing your body into ultimate bliss through breath work and movement!
When I'm not doing yoga, you can find me on a traveling adventure with my husband and our three children Jailah, Giles, and Sage!
Konrad Kucharski
Coffee Tasting Instructor
Hey there! My name is Konrad, better known as @KindKonrad, and I’m super pumped to take you guys through this coffee experience. My passion for coffee started in a bit of an untraditional way. From soccer at Ohio State, to tech startups in San Francisco. I found myself in NYC with a passion for kindness in a not-so-kind city. I saw this as a fun challenge and ended up going to just about every coffee shop and paying for the people behind me. Lots of chain reactions and hugs later, I realized I had developed quite the pallet for coffee. Not only does coffee have about 650 more aromatic and flavor compounds than wine, but it’s also used as a means to build and nurture relationships. I’m excited to meet you all and share the beauty of this beverage :)
JOHN FORELLI
Virtual Meditation Instructor
I began practicing yoga and meditation shortly after a trip to Peru in 2018. Finding the benefits to be life-changing, I journeyed to Asia in the winter of 2020 to pursue further education. I attended a course on Buddhism at the Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal. Following that I traveled to Rishikesh, India, “the yoga capital of the world.” It was here that I completed a yoga teacher training course at a school on the banks of the sacred Ganges River. Upon returning to the United States I committed myself to sharing these ancient practices with all who seek health and happiness.
Kaitlin
Virtual Mixology Instructor
Hello there! Mixology for me is a love of creativity and science. Certain alcohols and mixers complement each other so well, it just takes a little bit of practice to learn the measurements and have a yummy cocktail. Even after over six years of mixing drinks, I feel like I'm always learning a new recipe or trying to replicate a drink I have out at dinner. If you know the ingredients - or learn the taste of them - all it takes is some trial and error with measurements. One reason I love mixology so much is that I truly believe anyone can do it, and actually have a lot of fun doing it, too! Learning to mix gives you the freedom to turn a standard margarita or Old Fashioned into a custom drink that fits *your* taste. Make it sweeter, more sour, stronger, fruitier, add a flavor, modify the flavor to be better for you - taking a mixology lesson will help you learn this skill and you might just get super into making drinks like I did! I'm a lover of teaching too and sharing my passion in class! Cheers to that :-)
