Origami refers to the ancient art form in which you transform a sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through various folding techniques. In modern times, origami is praised for its mental stimulus. It promotes fine motor skills, encourages mental concentration, and helps develop hand-eye coordination. As a team-building session, it is an opportunity to learn, connect, and give your team the tools to take on a craft that works for mindfulness.

An origami workshop will teach your team the history of paper folding, teach them how to make their own intricate creations, and help them bond and have fun!

Our workshops aim to be informational, engaging, and hands-on. Our experienced instructor will provide context by sharing some Origami history, and then show your team some basic folding techniques!
Participants will make 2/3 Origami models, depending on the current skill set of the group. Larger groups tend to get through 2, while smaller groups can get through 3.
