To ensure your kits are delivered on time, we recommend **booking at least three weeks before the event date**.
Upon booking, you will receive a form for **participant address collection**. Once the total amount of participants is confirmed, we will send you an **invoice which is due two weeks prior** to the event.
You will receive a Zoom link (or platform of your choice) for your guests to join!
