An event planner will help you design the perfect agenda for your virtual conference, and the activities and entertainment needed to help break up the day and keep your attendee’s spirits high.

The day must be planned in such a way that attendees continue to be engaged and entertained. You do not want your guests to sit through hour-long presentations and be impatiently waiting for the day to be over. The goal is balance: provide knowledge and an opportunity for networking while also doing something fun with your guests. Virtual conferences can drag, which is why breaks are important – they help break up the pace, keep the audience engaged and provide an opportunity for team-building activities.

You can choose from a range of activities, such as a wellness or mindfulness workshop accompanied by one of our guided meditation or yoga sessions, or go a completely different route and take a mixology class where you can learn how to make some signature cocktails (and mocktails) and then get to stick around for Happy Hour!

Acqua Panna Experiential Marketing Event for Jet
Terrarium Making Station
Goal: To introduce Acqua Panna Water.
KraftyLab was one of three creative stations created for this experience. Our designated station ‘Created by Nature” was converted into “make your own” terrarium station, part of our “large group activity craft station,” where 250 guests were able to make terrariums. All workshop participants got to choose their favorite succulent, learn about terrarium ecosystems, and everyone received instructions to take care of their terrariums. The response from attendees was amazing, and everyone was happy to take their terrariums home.
